Cheesekut

Cheesekut

Bahan-bahan untuk membuat cheesekut ialah:

1. Cream cheese 250 gram (brand Tatura)
2. 3/4 tin susu pekat size kecil
3. Biskut cream cracker (Luxury Original-warna biru)
4. Susu kotak kecil 250 mL (susu HL)
5. Nestum

Cara-cara untuk membuat cheesekut:
1. Masukkan cream cheese, susu pekat dan 2 sudu susu HL dan gaulkan hingga sebati. Kemudian, pukul sampang kembang (jadi cream). Guna mixer untuk cepat dan senang.

2. Sediakan bekas acuan.

3. Celup biskut ke dalam susu HL dan susun ke dalam bekas acuan. Patahkan biskut dan isi sampai penuh untuk menutup lubang lubang kecil (jika ada).

4. Sapukan cream cheese ke atas biskut yang disusun. Taburkan nestum ke atas lapisan cream cheese. Ulang lapisan mengikut aturannya iaitu biskut, cream cheese dan nestum.

6. Simpan dalam peti semalaman.

Macaroni and Cheese

How would you like to give your favourite macaroni and cheese recipe a super-creamy boost? Well, there's an easy way to make it happen.

Ingredients:
1. 3 cups of milk
2. 1/4 cup of butter
3. 1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
4. 2 cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
5. 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
6. 2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni

First of all, cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain

In a saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses, and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick. Put macaroni in large casserole dish, and pur sauce over macaroni. Stir well.

Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and brown. Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover. Sprinkel with a paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Serve.
